Our Mission

The mission of Small World Development Center Inc. is to provide a Christ-centered; child focused educational experience for young children.  It is our belief that God has created each child uniquely, and wonderfully (Psalm 139:14)  We consider the needs of the whole child, and provide a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the growth in five key areas for young children: Physical Intellectual Social-Emotional Spiritual Young children learn best when engaged in a variety of meaningful play activities.  Our developmentally appropriate program provides each child with opportunities to use the knowledge he/she has and to build upon that knowledge.  Our goal at Small World Development Center  is to: Nurture your child’s self-esteem Help children to develop respect for others Encourage positive and meaningful social interactions Encourage the expression of creativity Provide activities and experiences necessary to meet the needs of each child individually
